About Dr. J. Andrew Macdonnell

Dr. Andrew Macdonnell graduated from the University of British Columbia, Faculty of Dentistry in 1994. He has comprehensive training in cosmetic and general dentistry through the Kois center of advanced Dentistry and American Academy of Cosmetic Dentists.

He is certified by the National Dental Examining Board of Canada and the College of Dental Surgeons of British Columbia. He is also a member of the Canadian Dental Association and the Kelowna and District Dental Society.

Dr. Macdonnell has received recognition from the Academy of Operative Dentistry and the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Dental Society for his high standard of care.
He was an active member and former president of the Thompson Okanagan Tucker Affiliated Study Club which specializes in the art and science of producing some of the finest gold work in the world for 12 years.

Dr. Macdonnell enjoys many recreational activities in the Okanagan including skiing, soccer, hockey and golf. He also enjoys time with his family coaching his four boys in hockey and soccer.
